SUBJECT DATA
Data on the subject property is compiled into a report. This data can include: legal description, neighborhood characteristics, bedrooms, baths, etc.
COMPARABLES
Comparable properties are considered based on the subject property's location, age, condition, and updates.
PROPERTY INSPECTION
An in-person property inspection is completed to determine square footage, updates, and the condition of the home.
Determine value
A comprehensive report is compiled using information obtained during the inspection and comparable properties are adjusted to determine the appraised value.
