Residential Appraisal

Service Description

We will perform the necessary inspection of your property to fulfill the client's needs to appraise your home. We will need access to the exterior (including the backyard), all sheds and or outbuildings, detached garage(s). We will also inspect the interior of your home. We will inspect the garage and all interior rooms. Most rooms will be photographed. If you are applying for an FHA, USDA, VA loan, we will need access to the attic and crawlspace. Please ensure the attic access is accessible and a ladder is onsite to use for access. The crawlspace door must be open and entry to the crawlspace must be easily accessed.
