Our home inspection reports are clear and concise. A report includes checklists and narrative statements, with color pictures showing all areas of concern, and an itemized summary at the end.

We print a summary report on site at the end of the inspection, this enables the inspector to review the findings with you and your realtor before everyone leaves the inspection.  We also have the ability to print out necessary termite inspection reports and or unacceptable conditions reports that can be filled out and signed on site!  The full inspection report will be available within 24 hours of the inspection.  An email notification will be sent containing access information to the full on-line report.
