0 to 1499 sq ft (less than 25 years old)	$259
1500 to 1999 sq ft (less than 25 years old)	$279
2000 to 2499 sq ft (less than 25 years old)	$299
2500 to 2999 sq ft (less than 25 years old)	$319
3000 to 3999 sq ft (less than 25 years old)	$339
4000 sq ft and up  (less than 25 years old)	.09 per sq ft

For homes over 25 years old, please add $19.
