Todd Reed has over 12 years of residential appraisal experience and also is a Missouri State Certified Termite Inspector, completed over 120 hours of residential home inspection classes he has over three years experience in home inspecting and has been a general contractor on nine homes that he has built.  He has had experience in owning and managing multifamily property since 1997.  Past clients include numerous banks, mortgage brokers, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, the FBI, attorneys and home owners.  He has performed assignments on single family homes, multifamily homes, REO properties, land only appraisals, acreage properties and condominiums.  He has performed appraisals in every price range and has experience in over 18 counties in Missouri and Kansas.
